This weeks episode is an interview with a pepper known as the Real Survivalist (Rob Harvey). He is currently preparing for a year long prepping challenge, which will involve him living completely alone for a year, whilst also having to be self sufficient.

As well as his challenge Rob also talks to us about the basics of prepping and some of the essential skills that are needed to survive, and to help other survive.
