Food glorious food, it's something we all think about at least three times a day, and the effects of how and what we eat can be far reaching. In this week's episode Rebecca chats to Sarah Butler from Organic Angels about all things organic. Sarah and her husband not only run an organic fruit and vegetable delivery business in Melbourne, but they also have three kids so are well versed in how to get kids excited about food. Sarah shares her own journey with an autoimmune disease and how she's taken herself and her family on a journey to improve their gastrointestinal health.

Rebecca and Sarah talk about what organic means, the differences in its production and taste and also about cooking seasonally to make the most of the freshest food that has travelled the least miles. They also touch on some handy hints on how to keep your diet as broad as possible. Being part of a busy family means that Sarah plans her meals to make the most of the produce but also to keep eating Organic cost effective. Sarah shares with us some great tips for getting organised.
