In the news this week; A fascinating study, in mice, that shows that the gut biome can have an effect on early post-partum maternal behaviour which, in turn, can cause growth to be stunted in off-spring. In short; having a healthy gut-biome is likely to have a positive impact on your mental state early after giving birth. It's a fascinating read and it goes back to what we spoke about earlier with regards to the importance of the gut-biome.
