Jason is proud to be part of the Westside Improv Studio community for the past 6 years where he’s been a member the theater’s two longest running house teams, long-standing team coach and Players Workshop teacher.
A big believer in improv not only as a creative art form but also as a powerful set of skills that can help strengthen relationships, create more fulfilling work, and enrich lives, Jason is now bringing his expertise and knowledge to his work as a Professional Coach working with individuals, groups and teams.
Highlighting how Improve can be utilized in the formation of more effective teams, Jason shares how this unique art form is built upon a structure of complete trust with your partner the co-creation of a safe and creative space that invites and celebrates vulnerability. Other concepts that are inherent in the successful creative process known as Improv and that are foundational to all helping conversations include listening deeply, total acceptance of others and honesty.
