This time last year Atlanta Dream Head Coach Nicki Collen was on top of the world. Her team was the #2 seed for the WNBA playoffs, and preparing for their semifinal series.

It's easy to assume the Dream would be able to pick up right where they left off. The season didn't unfold that way for Collen's team, but you'll hear some great tidbits about her focus heading into this offseason.
