One of the most suprising moves off last WNBA offseason was Brian Agler stepping down as head coach of the LA Sparks.  About a month later, he was announced as the new leader of the Dallas Wings.

While the first season was challenging, Agler saw several bright spots, including Rookie of the Year runner-up Arike Ogunbowale stepping into a leading role.
