Mandy Gleason (Replica Surfaces) - a podcast by Jared Spink

This week I had the the opportunity to jump on a call with Mandy, the founder of Replica Surfaces. Following a successful Kickstart campaign in late 2018, she launched her company which allows for you to take the professional-quality photos you need with rigid, stain-resistant backdrops you can take anywhere and the backdrops look just like real marble, wood, and many other textures that they make available. Her backdrops have been feature on popular YouTube channels, Instagram accounts, and even magazines. 

Mandy has always had that entrepreneurial spirt, starting with here first job when she was only five years old. I think you'll enjoy hearing Mandy's story and learning how everything she's done up-until now has contributed to her success and her entrepreneurial mind set.
