This week on the podcast, we have the pleasure of interviewing my beautiful co-author in our book "On Her Plate," Paula Man. 
Paula Man has her diploma in fitness and health promotion and is a certified personal trainer, certified LeBert Equalizer trainer, and an accountability coach. She is a passionate warrior for helping women feel empowered, something which came about through many sequences of blessed opportunities. Paula has been featured on the tv show York Region LIVE for fitness & lifestyle segments, as well as radio talk shows for guidance on making fitness “fit” into all lifestyles for any person. She specializes in motivation, accountability, and empowerment. She strives to show her clients how strong they are and how they can reach their goals and are worth spending the time on to achieve.  
Paula is wife to an incredibly sexy husband, Nick, and a mother to four beautiful little girls: Abbigail, Payton, Hailey, and Isabella. Paula understands the “I’m too tired,” or “I’m too busy,” reasons so many women have for not exercising. Her passion lies in showing women that it doesn’t take hours and hours of super intense exercise that will have you not walking properly for days to see results. You can reach your goals and you will be successful, but you need to decide that you are worth it. The question isn’t can you, it’s will you?

- Why your energy matters! Protect it at all costs - How are you showing up for yourself? How are you showing up in your business? How do you show up for your kids?
- Ditching the mom guilt / the "I am not enough," and truly owning your worth. Your worth is not defined by the weighing scale. Letting go of expectations. Who's voice and emotions are you tuning into? Yours or everyone else's.
- Tuning into your feminine and masculine energy and cycles - eating, exercising, sleeping, and living a holistic life by tuning into your hormones, nurturing them, and honoring them.
- Honoring your season in life - pre and post pregnancy fitness, why age does NOT matter -- you CAN always get healthy - it's a mindset and ritual formation.
- Fitness should be sustainable, something that you can implement consistently in your everyday life. Why exercising like you're preparing for a sprint race is NOT the answer to healthy hormones, especially if you have chronic stress, chronic fatigue, or hormonal imbalances.
- Mindset - why your environment matters, your support system can make or break you, how to maintain a healthy mindset when you are faced with opposition, and how you can re-write your gene code (yep, that's right!) by simply creating a wholesome, nourishing lifestyle.
- Reframing language and perspective to hit your goals, to show up authentically in your life - for yourself, your family, your business. Why planning and preparation is the key to hitting those goals and bringing your vision to life. Braving the seasons of your life with grit and grace. 
- Why healing your self-worth is the foundation for your mindset, your lifestyle, and ultimately, how you show up in life.
