On episode 20 with have an evangelical Christian on the show.......a Catholic one! The term evangelical Christian is something we associate with a Tele-evangelist Preacher on the God Channel or maybe it is a title we give to those Christians that can sometimes be in your face!

In this episode, Paddy Monaghan founder of the Evangelical Catholic Initiative and former National Director of the Alpha Programme in Ireland shares with us why he believes every Catholic should be compelled to preach the Good News and have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

He is an interesting man, even befriending Ian Paisley and convincing even the most ardent anti-Catholic's that Catholic's are Christian and our faith is rooted in scriptures and the traditions of the early Church. Paddy is a lovely man and he is spearheading many initiatives that are moving the church into mission mode and is especially loving the challenge of COVID as an opportune time to share the message of Hope that comes from Christ. He is no spring chicken but playing football and squash he will definitely give Dermot a run for his money.
