As we have notice in the U.S. everything goes up except your rate of pay, and that's a huge problem!  Many Americans have become unable to sustain their living conditions due to the surging cost of rent. And while many will say, "hey why don't you just buy a home".? Truth is banks are beginning to tighten the noose on handing out loans like they did in the 2008 debacle.  Even educated people of feelng the sting of losing it all and becoming homeless due to the major increases in rental properties.  Senator Kamala Harris has introduced a wonderful Bill that will put more money back into your pockets if you pay more than 30% of wages in rent and utilities, that's like most of Americans I think....
