HAPPY THANKSGIVING! I just want to take this opportunity to wish you a very happy Thanksgiving and also give you a few updates on the show for 2017. Cash in the Cushions 6-week Home Staging Business Boot Camp opens next month! >> Here are your launch presale goodies & specials: + For those of you who already bought the mini-course, you will be getting an email from me on Monday after Thanksgiving about the exclusive presale that’s just for you. You will get $650 off on the boot camp, which is a great deal. + On December 1, if you are on our current mailing list, you will give an exclusive Early Bird opportunity to purchase the course at $400 off. There’s a general resale starting on 12/5. So if you missed the boat on the Early Bird, you can still get the course for $300 off. + After that, the price will be at $1299 and it will only go up after that with future updates. + Once you’re a student, you have access for the course's lifetime, even if the price has gone up or we’ve added updates. You don’t have to pay money to renew anything, I’m not a very big fan of keep paying for renewal for courses. This boot camp is very special for me. This is something that has been in my head for several years and it’s really surreal to see it come to fruition. There are going to be 6 modules in the course. I will be with you every Friday for 6 weeks with a live webinar doing office hour so you can ask any questions you have about the course and running your home staging business. We also have guest teachers who had contributed lessons. So I’m really excited that this is happening. The course starts on 12/19. For next year, for season 5, that will come back sometime in January. I’m bringing our 30-day home staging challenge back and there’s a little surprise with that as well. The 30-day home staging challenge was something that actually started this podcast, so I’m really excited to bring it back. The format will change slightly, but I’m really excited about this new platform I just started using, so I think it’s going to be a lot of fun. I am really really excited about it. Then we will take a little break, and bring on Season 6, which will be back to the interview formats, which I know most of you love. And a last reminder, tomorrow is Thanksgiving. If your house is currently on the market, don’t forget to change out your holiday decor the day after Thanksgiving. I know it’s the holiday times, but motivated buyers will still want to see houses. And motivated agents will be showing houses. For holiday decor, I always recommend focusing on the color palettes instead of the physical decor. I think in order to appeal to a broad range of buyers, you want to look festive but not gimmicky. People who don’t celebrate Christmas won’t care much for a nativity scene in your front yard. But a beautiful, welcoming wreath that’s on-season will always be very popular and suitable for this time of the year. Alright, that’s it for today’s show! Happy staging & happy holidays!
