Hey guys, Happy Sunday! Today we are kicking off the first day of the 30 day home staging challenge. The purpose of this challenge is for home sellers like you to learn how to prepare your home for sale so that your home will appeal to a broad range of buyers, attract the right buyers to put in offers and be easy to show and sell. This way, your home will sell faster, save you stress and carrying costs for the duration of the home being on the market, on potentially for more money. This way, it will make your sales process and transition smoother and calmer. When you’re selling your house, there are a lot of variables you cannot control, like the weather, the economy, etc. But you can control the presentation of your home. And you only have one impression to wow the buyers, so make it really, really good. This is why home staging is an important step of the home selling process. Because we’re essentially editing and re-packaging your home for sale. If you’re not planning to sell your home, things that we go over in this challenge are also very suitable for organizing your home, especially before having a big dinner party where people will be visiting you.
