The NCAA is putting a new rule inot place allowing college football and basketball players to transfer once without having ot sit out a year. Ian isn't a fan of the new rule. He explains why. He's raising money for his EDSBS Charity Bowl with all donations going to New American Pathways, helping refugees get their new lives started in America. So far the event has raised over $400,000.
