It cannot be just another Monday for everyone that does not have black skin. Because every time a Black man dies it is a reminder that my nephews and brothers and future sons are not safe. Because every time a minority dies, it is a reminder that I am not safe. It is living in constant fear. And if I must live in constant fear, everyone I know needs to at least live in some semblance of open anger about that fact.
In peace, love, and open anger,
Pearline Josephine Davis
