Coming out of 1967, The Rolling Stones were about to turn the corner on their career and become the band they were meant to be. Their next three albums: Beggar's Banquet, Let It Bleed and Sticky Fingers saw their evolution hit overdrive, marked the band's departure from Decca/London Records, and sparked their long-time association with Atlantic Records via their own Rolling Stones Records label!
This is also the part of their journey where founding member Brian Jones departs, and then dies suddenly. This episode delves into that chapter, and shows the band emerging on the other side. Rarely does a band, already established, rip off a series of three albums this good, in the middle of their career. Enjoy the ride! The Brian Jones Project:
