Solonia Teodros is one of the co-founders of Change School, a learning institute all about change as they facilitate workshops and retreats to help people in transition. Their flagship retreat, ChangeVentures, is a 21-day retreat in Bali where people gather to deconstruct old beliefs, reconstruct new ones and apply all learnings towards a more fulfilling life. 

In this episode,  Solonia walks us through exactly what The Change School is, how they came to be, and as well as breaks down the impact the workshops has had on previous attendees. Solonia tells us how we can cope with change, some new habits we can all incorporate and gives some great online resources as well.
