Launched in 1999 the Hayabusa was an instant hit, rewriting rules and becoming a cult model in the process, finding success on drag strips, road trips, and city strips as a huge customisation scene took off, while its engine as also powered all matter of four wheel racers, and as we found out, even a helicopter. Chris talks to journalists Martin Child and Mark Hoyer, both of whom were on the original launch, to tuner Sean Mills, who has a Busa pumping out 1000bhp, Sushanth Shetty, who rode one to India from London, and Radical Sportscars' Will Brown, on it's application in car racing.
