Paul started his career developing a wealth of planning and development experience as the head of land acquisition for Barratt Developments.  He then ventured on his own and set up Millbank group almost 15 years ago, sourcing development sites for others, and where it suited him, developing them himself.  

 

The 2008 recession was a bit of a bumpy ride as lenders were more concerned about themselves rather than their clients, but he survived and now spends his time living in Spain and commuting back to the UK to keep an eye on his property projects.
