Ross Harper is a Glasgow based property investor who's been working in the industry for 20 years after graduating as a surveyor.

His career has exposed him to virtually every area of the property investment process, and during this interview we get to discuss his philosophy/master plan to control as many pieces of the process as possible; how he bounced back from the 2008 recession; and the details of some of his favourite projects including a church conversion into 24 apartments in Glasgow's West End, and the purchase of a 90 unit portfolio in Mike's home town.
