Today is an episode where unconventional and "offensive" language is used to be able to make some greater points. Whether you are a man who is wondering about how to work through some of your difficulties in life, or a woman / other person who is wanting to understand "Why do men behave this way" this is the episode for you.
Paul Krauss MA LPC meets with David Coates and Corey Kilpack to discuss their book "Be Less Dickish" as well as male archetypes, and how to overcome your reactions to stress, emotional difficulties, and relationship issues.

What is Be Less Dickish? We took intense and familiar labels which are assigned to men—and did something transformative. "Asshole, douchebag, pussy and dick." Most of us have a visceral response to these labels, especially "pussy." Up until now, these labels have been used as throw-away insults and judgments. Initially, many may want to turn away from these harsh identifiers, yet they are part of the everyday vernacular. Our research and work removed the generalization, fear, and loathing from these words and translated the energy into definitions and strategies that are positive, qualitative and meaningful.

Are you a parent of an adult that is having major difficulties? Is there conflict in your family about how much help to give your adult child?
