Chef Kristen Thibeault is considered one of the pioneers of the modern plant-forward food movement. A nationally recognized vegan chef since 2012, Kristen founded one of the first plant-forward personal chef delivery companies in the country. Having served over three million meals nationally, she is a leading authority in plant-focused food.
To this date, Chef Kristen is the only chef in the world that can say she served four world champion teams at the same time: NFL, MLB, NBA, and Rugby World Cup.

Louis was born in Venice, Ca. He went to Venice high school 1987-1990 and was a 4 sport letterman (football, track, baseball, basketball). Louis was awarded the “L.A. City 3A Co player of the year award for football and also earned countless full athletic scholarship offers, eventually accepting a full athletic scholarship to The University of Washington football team.

While at The University of Washington 1990- March 95’, started for 2+yrs at strong safety/outside linebacker, won 3 Pac10 titles, 3 Rose Bowl appearances (winning 2) and 1 undefeated season & NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP in 1991.

Louis' experiences, trainings and passion for sports/fitness has thrust him into the world of personal training/strength and conditioning.

Louis has to been a personal trainer for 20+ years. Helping people,kids, young athletes and adults achieve their fitness goals and exceed them, is his goal and his passion!
