CHRISTMAS PROMISES DAY FOUR

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,    I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff,    they comfort me. Psalm 23:4

There is so much hope to be had in a moment like this. A moment where David, the author of this Psalm, acknowledges the brokenness of this life, he acknowledges that there will be moments where we are simply making our way through this valley of death, through this deep-thick-darkness. And gives a certain promise that will provide so much hope to a grieving mother.

During this daily Christmas series I will share a promise that God has given us, a promise we can trust. My prayer is that those promises would bring our hearts great joy, causing our hearts to trust our Father, our Savior and our King, through what may be a very difficult Christmas season.
