Last Sunday, April 28th would have been my mom’s 65 th birthday & I wanted to dedicate this special episode as a tribute to my mom’s life & all of the wisdom she has left behind with me

On January 19th, 2016 my world was flipped upside down when my mom passed away all too soon & this past sunday would have been her 65th birthday. For those who did get the chance to be in my mom’s presence can vouch that she was probably one of the nicest people in the world. A lot of her essence is carried on through me. She was always smiling. She had one of the biggest hearts ever. At one point, on top of raising me by herself we had 11 pets- some dogs from the shelter, kittens that were born in our backyard shed from a stray cat when we first moved into our home, a few turtles that I picked up as they were crossing the road, bunny rabbits, & two parrots- which illustrate how big her heart was! My mom had a huge heart & compassion for all beings. On top of raising little ole’ me & all of our pets, she worked 3 jobs at one point to make ends meet all still while making it to almost every one of my sporting events, chaperoning school trips, being an amazing mother, & helping with my school work. I still look back on my times with her, in awe. How did she do all of that by herself?! She was really a supermom. Mom this one’s for you. I’ve learned so many lessons from my mom, but here are just 5 Life Lessons My Mom Taught Me.

I hope you enjoy! Peace & love
