Today I was joined by Terri Williams-Flournoy, known as Coach Flo to many. We talk about her journey from Georgetown to Auburn and what made her switch to the full court, havoc type defense they play (a defense that forced 23 turnovers per game last season, 3rd most in the country).

We talk about the difficulty of building a program and what to expect from her Auburn team that has both a lot of talented returners and newcomers. She also tells me how importance of having a staff that she can trust and get along with (two of her assistants have been with here for all 7 seven seasons in Auburn.) Coach Flo was a lot of fun in this one.
