Kathryn interviews Emily Post’s Great-Great Grandson Daniel Post Senning, author of “Emily Post’s Manners in a Digital World: Living Well Online”. In the 1920's, Emily Post was the premiere expert on good manners and proper behavior. Her great-great-grandson has adapted her rules of poised social behavior to the 21st century, giving us a 'no nonsense guide' for appropriate online and digital device behavior. Senning is an internet guru who manages web development and online content at the Emily Post Institute. His work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times.
Kathryn also interviews Cornell Emeritus Professor T. Colin Campbell, author of “Whole: Rethinking the Science of Nutrition”. Dr. Campbell is changing the way Americans relate to food, revealing a nutrition plan that mitigates cancers, diabetes and heart disease. Just ask Dr. Sanjay Gupta, Dr. Oz, and President Bill Clinton who, in part, credits the doctor for his return to health.
