She has joined a national public awareness campaign called BYETTA Let's Talk in an effort to help Americans living with type 2 diabetes learn how to better manage their diabetes through lifestyle changes such as choosing oatmeal instead of reaching for the donut, eating healthy meals instead of high calorie, high fat fast foods or having a standing date with the gym instead of the TV!
