Retirements everywhere in the world of triathlon and we discuss the good, the bad and the ugly in some of those legacies. It’s a sporting bonanza across the world, none bigger than the TDF!
The coaches have come down a little from the dizzying heights of Cairns into kids vomit, saddle sores, weight loss and Strava segments.
Some heavy lifting been done by athletes in the Southern Hemisphere and some hard racing done by those in the North. Either way this episode will be sure to pass some time with a few belly laughs mid set.
