Kimmo Tuunanen is a Koa Sports athlete based in Finland under the guidance of Coach Tim.  Since joining Koa Sports in mid-2021, Kimmo won IRONMAN Finland 2021, and was recently crowned M45-49 European Champion in Frankfurt. 

 

Kimmo shares his story to date, his preparations, lessons and race stories. Triathlon training in Finland is no walk in the park….

 

His next race is the IRONMAN World Championships in Kona Hawaii.
