In this episode of The Kriya Yoga Podcast we will explore a crown jewel of meditation practice, the power of contemplation. Once our meditation practice is stable, we are able to ignite our spiritual life by learning to communicate with the aspect of our consciousness which is not limited to the mind, body, personality unit. It is in this communion we can find a way to have all of our spiritual questions answered.

This recording was made during the February 2020 Kriya Yoga Online "Stay-at-Home" retreat. The full retreat is accessible as blog posts for our Patreon supporters.
