David is from Ireland, and has been a good friend since 2008.  He has spent considerable time at Center for Spiritual Awareness with Roy Eugene Davis, and was also initiated, ordained and authorized to teach Kriya Yoga by Mr. Davis.

David speaks to us today about being an intense practitioner, taking some time off, and then returning to the practice.
