• The search for a convicted murderer has shifted to northern Chester County. State Police say Danelo Cavalcante snuck out of the perimeter of a heavily manned search area near Longwood Gardens and stole a dairy van.


• The Philadelphia Department of Public Health is recalling thousands of COVID-19 tests that it distributed because they are counterfeit.


• For the last eight years, the Penn Museum has been conducting a massive building transformation project and renovating all of its signature galleries. The next phase starts in November with its ancient Egypt and Nubia galleries.


• The Eagles game ended up being closer than many fans would have liked, but the Birds still came away with a 25-20 win against the Patriots.
