Families of Chester children killed by train sue Amtrak - a podcast by Radio.com

• Kaitlyn Dilemmo, 32, of Doylestown was arrested Friday and is facing charges for a crash on June 6, 2022, that killed 77-year-old Jacqueline Kovach of Philadelphia.


• The families of two children who were struck and killed by an Amtrak train in Chester earlier this year are suing the train company. The suit claims Amtrak failed to repair a hole in a protective fence.


• A teenager has pleaded not guilty to murder in the stabbing death of O'Shae Sibley, a dancer from Philadelphia who was killed at a gas station in Brooklyn.


• Jarrett Smith, a third-party candidate for Philadelphia city commissioner, has dropped out of the race after a challenge to his financial disclosure statement.
