Jury selected for Local 98 union boss John Dougherty's federal embezzlement trial - a podcast by Radio.com

• Bensalem Police are still searching for the person who opened fire and killed a 14-year-old boy in a triple shooting on Halloween night. The victim’s loved ones and neighbors are mourning his loss and a vigil is happening tonight.


• A jury of six men and six women has been selected for in the second trial for once-influential union boss John Dougherty. Convicted two years ago of public corruption, Dougherty is now facing charges he dipped into Local 98’s coffers to pay for personal expenses.


• Multiple security lapses helped two inmates escape from Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center in May. That's according to a report that District Attorney Larry Krasner, who delivered a report on the escape to a City Council committee  on Wednesday.
