The question is, there are a lot of roles and a lot of different niches in the market. Where to start?

The first thing is, this is massive - we don't have strategies in place. What we are doing is we take on roles to pay the bills. What we’ve got is a transactional process.

Then, we need to STOP what we’re doing.

So when we got a lot of roles and niches, right from the start we don’t have a lot of strategies here. It’s not to underestimate or replenish any effort to where we are right now but if we got a lot of roles and niches right now. Right from the start, we don't have a focus on where we are going.

Lots of roles and lots of different niches. The bigger thing is, that you have a strategy problem.

The steps to fix this right now actually consist of two steps.

The first step is to close out the open roles. Which roles would you choose?

The second thing you do is strategic,
This means you have all the clients, all the candidates in that niche, and you have the data behind it, so you've got all the clients with accounts in the CRM. You've got an automated system for bringing in leads when you need them, and you bring in the candidates when you need them.

When you build it up in building blocks, it's much harder to mess it up than to succeed.
