We have a few questions here around saturation in the recruitment market.

The question is this “Essentially, we believe we've saturated the niche we are in, we want to expand our niche.”

So… I’m going to take this from 2 different angles:

The first thing is, We are frustrated with where we are, and we want to open up the niche.

When we work at a business, whether a recruiter who set up their own recruitment business or a recruitment business owner that has been running for over 10 years and they’ve reached the ceiling.

When that recruitment business hits 7 figures, most of the time that Recruitment / Search business owner will say to me “Andy listen, it’s been a fantastic year, now I want to go on a new niche” and every single time I say NO.

The second thing is If you are in a recruitment business right now where they can be extreme again, we’ve had a business owner in a niche, where they just had 42 candidates in one of their sub-niches. However, that same business owner became the highest paid in the entire world for their fees at that time.

When we are having a certain group call, that member said “Andy I want to get retained, what do I need to do?” I said “Well, you can check out this module and I will tell you what to do, Just do it”
