This is almost like dating isn’t it.
We should actually look at the real problem here, remember the outcome is:
In this case, let’s say when we need roles therefore we wanna get out our pipeline filled. To do that, it’s very simple.
-We identify the organizations we want.
-And then Identify who the decision-makers are.
-We then have their contact data.
-Then we run a campaign.
-To get an inbound response in our inbox.
-Then we get into direct communications.
When we get that inbound response we turn that into:
A. Yes, we are looking into hiring; Yes, we know and like you.
B. We are looking into hire, But we do not know and like you; We know we like you, but we’re not hiring yet.
C. Not relevant. Complete different niche
Now C should never happen. Remember you control the campaign, your target organization, target decision-makers, and which candidates you need for those roles.
