It's becoming more and more difficult to actually get candidates through to sign off.

So yes, we are in a talent wall right now.

Reasons why I'm not going to go into but the acceptance of we are in a talent wall. So often you might be in a market, which is client-driven or candidate-driven. Lots of now are being candidate-driven. So the quality of the candidate is absolutely key. So if we think about what's actually happening here, so we have a role and then we need the matching candidate. So the first thing comes down to the first thing in doing the steps. So yes, we can come up with a quick fix on this focusing on the candidate.
