So, we have a question here about branding.

“So the components of the recruiters brand or the recruitment businesses brand are becoming more and more relevant. It used to be just a website. Where do I start? “

It's a massive question. How long is a piece of string? Again, let's remember our outcome.

So branding is something that as we become larger, can become more relevant. When we're a smaller business, we want to be able to control how we bring our clients in and we control how we bring our candidates in.

Now, often with branding, there can be a lot of subjective data. So to give you an idea about branding, if you're unfamiliar with what branding should really mean, it should mean the following:

-Yes, your website should be reflective of your niche and your position in the niche.
-Yes, your LinkedIn profile should do the same.

I'm a massive believer in we go through some foundational steps:

-So, we own the marketplace,
-We have all the clients with the camps inside the CRM,
-Then run what we call campaign automation.
-Then we add in one authority strategy.
