You may be asking, what is The Laptop Recruiter means?

I call it The Laptop Recruiter for the following reason. We've been doing this now for many years, over a decade, I believe. Originally one of the brandings that I used was The Laptop Recruiter to demonstrate that a seven-figure business can be created from your laptop, not needing an office with the overheads, etc.

So, what is it?

What used to work no longer works in recruitment search. So the five signals that I have seen myself are successful recruitment search businesses. Also, those posts are failing all leaving severe feeds for the table at the following.

If you're in your recruitment search business now and you're finding that you may be stagnant at a certain number, so maybe 250K, maybe 750K, whatever the numbers have been across the last few years, there's a reason why this is happening and there's a reason why we keep repeating these same actions.

So there are five shifts we need to make today and implement into your business.

In your recruitment search business, you are probably running things manually in a lot of ways. So, what we want to do is use one strategy to bring the clients in. One of the things we want to get a real understanding of and be transparent with ourselves is in your business.
