We're seeing them time and time again. The first mistake is that this. No one wants a recruiter. Your client does not want a recruiter. Your candidate does not want a recruiter. What they want is someone they can trust.

They don't want to have to spend time assessing who comes onto their PSL. They didn't want to spend time looking at many different applications. They want a single point of contact they can trust. That's their ultimate.
