Most of recruitment / search businesses start to die down in the month of December.

They get into the mode of parties and then they say to themselves in New Year's Eve, one minute past midnight - "This is the year!"

And guess what happens? January the 15th, 20th, 25th.. motivation goes down and they get back to the same old dark days and the same crap happens.

Now December, for the savvy recruiter, is the most important month of the year and here's why:

We're going to focus on a set of problems that we're going to crush in the first 90 days next year. That's the first thing we want to do. Next, we're going to focus on how to create a plan that
you can use for next year, 2017.

What we're going to do is we're going to look at how we can shift your business really, really quickly.

So there are 5 phases you'll go through if you set up your plan properly next year. You need to go from traction into stability and into success where you got both the position in and the automation. Then into significance where you dominate the market place and scale.

I'm not sure if it's going to be for you. I'm not sure if it's any way of a fit but... you need a game plan.
