Episode 4 (9/7/2020) - Ruth Miller - a podcast by Wil McKaskle

We had an absolute blast in the Sapphire Lounge with one of our most favorite new friends, Ruth "Rewthie Toothie" Miller this week. Ruthie joined our disc golf family in 2019, and she was volunteering before she was playing in tournaments. Since then, her and her husband Jamie have been at every work day and community outreach event we have hosted in Nashville, and earlier this year, she TD'd her first event, the most successful Trilogy Challenge I've ever seen at the newly renovated Two Rivers DGC. It was awesome to get her unique perspective and insight on the current state of disc golf as both a newer female player, and as someone who has thrown herself headlong into the administrative side of the sport. Ruth and Jamie are also two of the culinary minds behind 2020 MCDG Bag Tag Series sponsor and most excellent Nashville sandwich stop, Mitchell's Delicatessen, and it was even awesomer to eat her homemade Filipino Chicken Adobo after the podcast.
