I have always believed that anyone can achieve their full potential if they have the right environment and someone who believes in them a little more than they believe in themselves.

Tammy is living proof that this is true. After finding herself homeless at 14, she is now a successful business woman, got her education and now helps front line key workers in delivering exceptional services to the most vulnerable. 

Her own story has driven her to champion the importance of effective, achievable solutions to prevent abuse and poverty. Tammy leads with passion and commitment. She recognises the importance of championing for change whilst also delivering operational solutions.

Tammy is co Director of Taye Training and developed the methodology Training 4 Influence. Training 4 Influence delivers values led, expert, tailored, engaging training for frontline professionals who are perfectly positioned to change lives. The book Training 4 Influence is scheduled for publication June 2020. 

Tammy is also a Lay Member on the Parliamentary Committee for Standards, and Interim Consultant Director for the Association of Child Protection Professionals.
