She is my first baby and will always be my baby. But, the facts are she isn’t a baby anymore. She is growing into a young adult and being 14 in 2018 is way different from how I grew up.

We had a very transparent conversation about what it is like to be a teenager. We discuss body image, the lack of verbal communication, and how she feels about going to high school.
