Before we dive into today's episode I wanted to take a minute to talk about authenticity and alignment.
Authenticity and alignment are the two most important qualities in my business and I believe they are the most important qualities in LIFE!!!
Being completely authentic, honest, and truthful with ourselves about who we are and what we want can really help us to ALIGN perfectly with our purpose.
ALIGNMENT is so important because oftentimes, we look around at what everyone else is doing - whether that's in our career or in our family life and raising our kids or even in how we choose to reach for health - that we forget that we are our own unique person with unique characteristics and goals.
That person has a mission in this life! A purpose. A calling.
