In this episode of The Living Artist, Preston discusses the importance of eradicating judgment and resentment in you art career and life. With the weight of what is going on in the world now and over this past year, it is easier than ever to fall victim to the judgment, or perceived judgment of others. Preston talks about the "story" that we all make up in our own minds to explain another person or artist not behaving in the way we might want them to on social media or in life. He gives some perspective on this and then leaves us with a Judgment Free challenge to apply to one day of our lives. One day that will hopefully turn into a practice that will greatly improve your mindset, art and perspective on other artists moving forward.
