Life and art are all about balance and we just can't be saying "yes" to everything at every moment. Preston talks about people pleasing tendencies with himself, and artists in general, and how these can feed the habit of taking on too many tasks, creating chaos and overwhelm in our lives. "No" is a tool that every artist and person should have in their repertoire.
