“Who do you want to be when all that you have to do is done?"In this episode, my friend and mentor, Jodi Detrick, shares from her book,"The Jesus-Hearted Woman: 10 Leadership Qualities for Enduring and Endearing Influence."
Whether you're a mom, a businesswoman, or a ministry leader, we are all given opportunities to lead and influence the people around us. Jodi gives so many rich and practical tips for how to do it in a way that represents the character of Christ and relies on His power.

We all have a realm of leadership because we are all influencing someone."Gracious Confidence"is confidence that grows as we go.
It's okay to not feel fully prepared because God will prepare you as you go.
Jesus'confidence was in His Father and knowing who He was. Our confidence is found in knowing who we belong to.
We cannot be Jesus-Hearted leaders by relying on ourselves. It takes stamina to get to where God wants to take us on our leadership journey.
Our stamina is increased by having others with us on the journey and knowing there are rest stops along the way.Be a"first clapper"- look for ways to show tangible kindness."Kindness by omission"is giving others grace and not expecting them to lead and live exactly like you."Kindness by commission"is when we intentionally find ways to bless others.
We leave a little of the DNA of Jesus behind us when we lead with kindness.Be patient in your journey. When it comes to personal growth, face yourself and then grace yourself.
