"Will you be faithful to serve God when you are still in the shadows?"
In this episode, writer&host of The Christian Woman Leadership Podcast, Esther Littlefield, shares her journey of learning to trust God and lead with confidence.

Esther has always had a desire to lead women, but it didn't happen overnight. One of her biggest challenges was confidence. After looking in other directions for validation and confidence, she discovered it was only available in Christ. As she remained faithful to obey and serve God with whatever He placed in front of her, He eventually opened the door, both in the church and the business world, for her to lead women like she had always dreamed.

Whether you've always felt called to lead or have recently had it thrust upon you, God wants to equip and strengthen you for the work He has called you to!
