"Success found in our own strength still leads to burnout!"In this episode, best-selling author, podcast host and national speaker, Rebekah Lyons, shares from her devotional, A Surrendered Yes: 52 Devotions to Let Go and Live Free. Rebekah experienced a lot of fear and anxiety early on in her life but has since discovered that when she fully surrenders to God she finds rest in His peace and strength.

Surrender is not a one-time decision, but a slow and steady process of handing things over to God. Oftentimes, the real question we must ask ourselves is,"Do we just want God to fix what we are holding so tightly or are we willing to give what we are holding to Him?" Every time we release control and surrender more to Jesus, we experience His peace and presence in return.
